My wife and I contacted Randy Phillips Construction to build our new home in Klingerstown several years ago. We were well pleased with the experience from beginning to end. They are very knowledgeable, and were very helpful from the digging out process right down to the final touch up. If there was something different that we wanted done, they did it and did it well. They also gave us some new suggestions that we appreciated. Every time I came to the construction site, Mike took the time to stop and fill me in on everything. We love our home and we have gotten many wonderful comments on it.

My husband and I are very grateful and thankful that we chose Randy Phillips Construction to build our home. Randy, his wife, and his working crew have gone above and beyond our expectations. They were very patient with us and also kept us with in our limits financially. Every meeting we had with Randy Phillips were always very pleasant and not at all stressful. I was very nervous going into building a home after hearing everyone's horror stories about their builders but I have not one negative thing to say about Randy Phillips Construction. We learned about Randy Phillips Custom Homes from a roadside sign at a construction site.Having long range plans to locate toSchuylkillCounty, we stopped at the site for further information. What followed was a joyous ride through the home building process. At the office we were given help to form the plan of the house along with suggestions of building materials and techniques. Prior to any commitment on our part many hours were spent in consultation and drawing up plans. We had full control of the end result yet received assistance with fine tuning the details. Phillips construction placed the home in a perfect spot on the lot for function and view. They kept us informed on all phases of construction along with estimated completion times. Subcontractors, who have worked with Phillips for many years were equally knowledgeable. High quality workmanship was done in a safe and timely manner. Our house was treated as if it were their own. Often suggestions were given pertaining to future needs. After completion of the initial 2010 home, construction of large outbuildings projects in 2011 and 2012 were completed with the same careful attention to function and appeal.

It's hard to put into words how happy we are with our new home, there are some days that we can't even believe it's "ours". When we decided to build our new home, it seemed pretty obvious that Randy Phillips Homes was where we needed to go. From start to finish we always received great customized service to fit our wants and needs! Once the building process started it became even more clear why a custom home builder was the right choice for us. We were able to participate in the everyday happenings and even make minor changes as we were building. We also appreciate the fact that all of the people working on our new home were courteous and helpful and always entertained all of the questions that we had throughout the process, which certainly helped make a usually stressful time much easier to deal with. We are so thrilled with the finished product. It's everything we dreamed it would be and much more!
